The Grapefruit Diet

The grapefruit diet is not a diet for life. It is a short time diet, but only lasts 2 1 / 2 months. It is a diet for quick weight loss and quick weight loss diets are more popular. We have seen come and go popular diet and this diet program is no exception, we call it a fad diet. It is also a weight loss diet for real heavy weights to lose the pounds, then the lots. If you follow this diet exactly you should be able to lose in the52 pounds during that two and a half months diet period. To maintain weight loss but you need to diet change, a long-term. The benefits of this diet is starting to motivate people, the diet of a very overweight to fly. If you as look at the diet of this, it might be useful for you.

General Guidelines


During this diet you should reduce your consumption of coffee, it slows down the burning process. Only one cup per day

Never eat less than the minimum for each meal in listedthis diet.

The Diet Plan

Breakfast:

Either 2.1 or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice
2 eggs any style
2 slices bacon

Lunch:

Either 2.1 or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice
Salad dressing with all
Meat any style and any quantity

Dinner:

Either 2.1 or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice
Salad with a dressing or a red or green vegetables in butter or spices
Meat or fish cooked any style, any way
Coffee orTea (1 cup)

Evening snack:

8 oz glass of tomato juice or 8 oz cup of skim milk.
